Hello, I'd like to do a little modelling for you today. My hair is growing longer now. You could say that I should get it cut, but then I would be like everyone else and I am different. The Russian little girls get their hair cut really short like boys all the time, but Mommy and Daddy don't think that is very pretty. Mommy has found a smart way to keep my hair out of my eyes, she uses hair clips- in Canada they are called "barrets."
What do you think of the braid in my hair? My Daddy says I am really pretty with my hair like this and I think so too.
I love you.

I like your new hair style. Its very pretty and it does make it so your hair isnt blocking my view to your eyes. It looks like you can sit very still so your Mommy can braid your hair and get that barret in place secure enough for it to last most of the day. If you are really still once it wont have to be fixed so often. I think your going to love it too. That first picture is a new favorite of mine. Thanks
If you're going to be a model Abigail, then you'd better make sure your daddy pays you the big bucks! You'd make a good model.
When your great aunt Aven and I were young we called them pretties - they pretty your hair up, and keep it out of your eyes too!
I had noticed on your blog that your hair was getting longer, so when I saw some cute hair clips/barettes/pretties somewhere, I got them and added them to your Christmas parcel - so soon you will have some more colours and shapes to add to your repitoire!
I wonder if you will be celebrating Christmas twice - the same time as Canalia and then again for Russian Christmas? And with the diversity of places that your ch-ch friends come from, you could learn all sorts of new customs for celebrating!
