Parade

Yesterday I went in a parade with lots of people. We sang about Jesus. I really enjoyed it. It was very hot though.

Juice Box

Look at me everybody. We went on a really long walk. I got thirsty so Daddy bought me a juice box. I already knew how to suck from a straw, but this time I had my VERY OWN juice box. I was so excited.

Local Playground

This is my playground. When I was sick the other Mommys didn’t want me to play there. I think they worry far too much. But I’m better now and I can play on the swing, or in the sand pit or look at the plants.

Little Punk

When I have a bath Daddy likes to spike my hair up. Do you like my Mohawk? Mommy says she doesn’t. But Daddy says it’s just a game. Mommy usually brushes it down within a minute or two.

Badja badja badja badja

On Sunday morning I woke up and climbed in to Mummy and Daddy's bed like I always do. I enjoy climbing all over them. The best part is lying on top of Mummy's head and then kicking Daddy with my feet.

I was really happy so I told Mummy and Daddy. All that came out when I spoke was " Ba-dja Ba-dja Ba-jda." It's so much fun to say these words, they really get the message across for me. Daddy looked at me and had a little laugh. I realised that I was on to something so I shared my thoughts for the rest of the day, except when I had a sleep. "Ba dja ba dja ba dja."

A lady at church thought it sounded like I was saying "Padjom padjom padjom." In Russian this sounds like "c'mon c'mon c'mon." So that created much hilarity. It was time for church to finish and play time to start!

I have impressed Mummy and Daddy all week with my talking. I have some other words, but ba-dja is still my favourite.

What's your favourite word?

Two front teeth (101 uses for a bread box)

My grandma told me she wanted to see my new teeth. Well here they are. Look out, I might just bite you though.

Mommy once cooked a Christmas Turkey in a metal bread box while living here in Beria. Now I sit on a wooden one. What are the other 99 uses Mommy? Daddy says that it may take a long time to find 99 more uses.

We went on a boat

Yesterday was a new experience for me. I went on a riverboat. There were lots of children there who don't have a mummy or daddy. I hope they know that they have a daddy in heaven who loves them very much. It was lots of fun to have the wind in my hair.
