Is this Australia?

I often ask Mummy and Daddy, "is that Australia?" when we go different places. They always say yes. I think Australia must be a pretty big place. There are some other photos of me on Daddy's blog if you know where that is. I have been having lots of fun with my cousins Sasha, Kaleb, Annelise and Amelie. I haven't had much time to put photos up. Sorry. We don't have any inta-net at our house these days. Oh yeah that's how they say it here, and I speak with a really strong Australian accent now. Mummy thinks I sound funny.

I really love the trampoline in our back yard, see!!

Feeding the birds!

There are lots of birds in Australia, they are very pretty and they like to eat seeds. Here I am feeding the Cockatoos! They ate seeds right out of my hand! They are really big birds.

Then Mommy caught a really pretty parrot called a Rosella. It came right up and ate out of her hand too! So we took a picture together.

We have a house of our own again, and I have my own bedroom, right next to Mommy and Daddy's. We have a new car too. Yesterday we went for a walk looking for Koalas in the trees, but we didn't find any, Daddy said we could try again a different day.

Do you need any more proof?

Just in case you didn't believe me, I really love animals, especially horsies.

Animals, cars and swings

Last weekend we went to Aunty's house. They took us for a drive in an old car to a big park with a scary bridge.

On the other side of the bridge (that Daddy carried me over) there were some swings with rings. This was the first time that I have played on rings, and I had a lot of fun.

Then they showed me some animals. There were rabbits and goats and birds and a peacock. I like animals and I liked feeding the goats.

Fun with Mommy and Daddy

Mommy and Daddy took me camping. You can see some pictures on Daddy's blog. We had a really fun time. In the afternoon we went for a drive and found a lake with some grass. The sun was shining. We all rolled around on the grass together. Mommy tickled me and I tickled her.

Later on, Mommy and I made chocolate bananas on the fire. Mommy and Daddy tell me it's a family tradition.

Here I am doing some somersaults.

Rides in the park

Yesterday I had lots of fun. I went to the park with Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Matt and Aunty Sarah, Grandma and Grandpa. The first ride I went on was a merry go round. It was a little different from the merry go round in Russia. When I sat on the deer it went up and down. I held on to Grandpa a lot, but I did enjoy the ride still.

The next ride was a train! Everybody came on the train with me. It went round and round. It went through two tunnels, one of them had teddy bears in it.

Then Grandpa showed me how to ring the bell on the train.

After that Mommy took me on the ferris wheel. We got to ride in the purple chair, so I was very happy. I thought I would be scared, but Mommy told me not too. Then I felt better.

You have to eat the apples

Last year Grandma and Grandpa made a video for me when they picked apples from the apple tree. This year we picked them together! It was lots of fun. You can only pick the red ones, and then you have to eat them. We have lots and lots of apples to eat now. Would you like some?

Kittycats and caterpillars

Do you like kittycats? I do. I like to pat them and pick them up by the neck and carry them around. They're really cute.

Yesterday we went for a big walk in the river valley to see where the Cree and the buffalo used to live. I found this caterpillar and played with it for a while.

I live in Canada

Daddy and I were in the shop the other day and we were looking at a map of the world. I love maps, just like my daddy. He showed me where Russia is, and I told him that Ilias lives there. Then we looked at Australia and I knew straight away that the Kangaroos are there. Then we looked at Canada and daddy asked me who lives there, I answered "Abigail lives in Canada."

Here is my new home, it is Grandma and Grandpa's house. They have a fountain and lots of toys. I have my own kitchen where I can make food. Aunty Vangie gave me a microwave for my birthday!

Here is my new pram. We had to give my old one away in Russia. God is good and gives good gifts.

Here I am playing in my new doll house with Aunty Vangie.
