Easter Sunday

Its Easter time. I'm still eating my easter candy today, and my Easter book is still out and I'm reading it lots. On Easter Sunday morning before church mommy made some footprints and Daddy put them on the floor, and I followed them. Guess what I found? A whole basket full of Easter candy! Here's the pictures...

Mommy and Me

Daddy went on the train to Tuva. He will be gone 7 sleeps all together. Mommy and I are at home. We play with Aunty Lena and Ilias almost every day. One day we made Easter eggs with stickers. They were really pretty, but Daddy took the camera to Tuva so we couldn't take a picture. But uncle Igor took a picture of them at church before everyone ate them, so if I get his picture I will add it later here.
Another thing I did with my stickers is that I've started to decorate my playhouse. Thats going to take lots of stickers.
Yesterday Ilias taught me something new. Sommersaults! He's really good at it, and I'm learning too. Ilias is not afraid of anything. Even turning upside down.
We have lots of fun things planned with Mommy for the rest of this week. Maybe I will write again and tell you what else we do.

Snowflake peekaboo house

Mommy and I made a house today out of cereal (snow flakes) boxes and egg cartons. It was lots and lots of fun to make. When we finished it I went in there and read my book. Daddy says I am very ceebal (I think that means I like to think a lot). When Daddy came home I showed him the house and we played peekaboo. Now it's called the peekaboo house.

Swings are fun

The ice slides are gone now. The other day when Mommy said we were going outside, I said "ice slides!" but then I remembered that they are gone, and then said "swings!" I'm getting really good at the swing now. When I was 10 months old Mommy and Daddy filmed me in Canada enjoying the swing and laughing a lot. Then one day a strong wind blew on me when I was on the swing in Russia and I did not want to go on the swing anymore. But I am bigger now. I don't like going very high and I like it if Mommy or Daddy are standing in front of me.


After going on the swings we went for a walk in the forest and listened to the birds singing. I like Spring.

Ice slides all gone

I have had a lot of fun this Winter on the ice slides. At first I would only go with Mommy or Daddy. Then I learnt to go by myself on my tummy and even other children copied me. Then I learnt to go down on my bum. Then eventually I even went on the big slide by myself a couple of times, but I did hit my head once.

Yesterday we went to the ice slides again, but they were all gone. Mommy and Daddy talked to me a lot to explain that they will melt soon because it is Spring time now. I was a bit sad. But because I am brave and learn the lessons of life well and because my Mommy and Daddy explained it to me, I did not cry.

Here I am reflecting on this rather big change in my life.



Daddy promises me we can go to the zoo soon, now that Spring is here. They have a giraffe and a zebra now. I am excited.

New clothes

Mommy and Daddy took me shopping yesterday. We bought some new clothes. The shop is called Banana Mama, it's a shop just full of stuff for kids.


When we got home Mommy wanted me to try the clothes on, but I did not want to for quite a while. Eventually I did though. Now I like them.


This is my friend Ilias. When we first met, he didn't know how to play with me very well. Now we run around together and laugh lots. I like Ilias.
